In Unisport A/S we execute a very transparent policy with regards to our customers, as well as, business partners. Therefore, we are also transparent regarding how we treat personal information.

Personal information

We take responsibility for all of the personal information, such as name, address and social security number, that you provide us with, for example, in connection with an order. The information is stored on our servers, which we own ourselves, and is not shared with any other companies or organisations. We protect your information via SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer). Hereby, all information between buyer and seller is encrypted.

Please note that none of your account or credit card information is stored on our servers. Instead we send the information directly to our payment provider when you make a transaction. This ensures a safe experience when making an online purchase with us. We do not forward your personal information to third parties.

Why do you need my information?

When making a purchase from one of Unisport A/S websites, you simultaneously approve that we store and use your information. We use your information to deliver your order, and to provide the customer service that you are entitled to. Both before and after the purchase. Your information can also be used for marketing purposes through e-mails and mobile devices for current offers and campaigns. You are always able to see exactly what information we store by logging in with your user, where you can also edit the information we have regarding you. All the information you will find on this site, is all the personal information that we have stored in connection with you.

Payment and cookies

We use Adyen as our payment provider. The money is withdrawn from your account via PBS. Similar to personal information, all information is transferred with SLL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. This means, that the information is sent via a secure connection, and that your credit card information cannot be read by third parties.

We use cookies to handle the purchase flow and to measure the traffic on the website. This information is used to improve our website, adjust our product range and increase our service. A cookie is a well known tool used everywhere on websites. For example, to remember your login and remember products in your basket etcetera. It is a small text file that is stored on your computer's hard disk. The cookie will also work cross-device when signed in to a Google account.
